I love this. The piece implies a story if you pay attention to the little details. This is a colony of some kind, a new town perhaps, settled by a people of airships and hot air baloons. The fields seem to be doing well and the airship dock is getting a lot of activity, so trade is going well here. They've not built walls yet, so the people here feel safe. Either there isn't any hostile forces nearby, or they perhaps haven't had time to build walls yet.
